Support for Charities

CHARITIES SUPPORTED BY JBS

John is especially keen to support charities that help young people. At present he is helping: 

• The Merseyside Youth Association, www.mya.org.uk that assists disadvantaged young people in Liverpool and the surrounding area.
• The Moorlands Community Development Project. This is a small charity that does marvellous work with under privileged young in Brixton

• www.classroomsintheclouds.org - JBS supports this charity aiding children in Nepal.

John also supports The British Exploring Society www.britishexploring.org.

John raises funds for The Scientific Exploration Society and the water charity Just a Drop  Both these bodies do excellent work worldwide.  He is also a keen supporter of the Scientific Exploration Society's Award Scheme that gives bursaries to encourage young explorers.

He helps the Army Benevolent Fund – the Soldiers’ charity, and the 'Not Forgotten' organisation whenever possible.
